In 2011, FRANK GAMBALE worked with Kiesel Guitars to build a signature model off of a classic shape that featured soft upper horns and a rounded body. This fits into one of Gambale's preferred aesthetics and functionalities, with the sound of a set-neck, semi-hollow body, and signature pickup being the most prominent aspects. Traditionally, the FG1 has served Gambale in tandem with his signature sweep picking and jazz-fusion sonance, resulting in the perfect jazz companion.
